Don't let Adrien Soro's youth fool you. It's very early, in his youngest ages, that our Chef started building-up his cooking skills. First thanks to the quality of life in the heart of France's South West, which allowed him to be close to those who work the earth and the large variety of quality products coming from their labour. But also for his professional background, as he worked in some of the most prestigious kitchen in France, such as Joël Robuchon's "Le Métropole", Alain Ducasses "Louis XV" or also Alain Gardillou's "Moulin du Roc". A career path in the middle of the stars, that gave him the desir and will to always refine and better his art, so he could maybe one day also receive one of those very coveted stars himself.
"I fell in love with cooking very early, and this love never left. Today like yesterday, it's my oxygen. And all the love and dedication I give to this job, this passion, this art, it's not lost. I feel it somehow comes back to me even stronger. Every day, every hour and every minute, it makes me feel in harmony with my environment. I will never be thankfull enough to have the privilege of sharing this joy with you, our customers.
But it's also essential for me to speak of the people I work with, and firstly about someone without whom this beautiful project at La Meynardie would have never been possible. This wonderful person is our Maître d'Hôtel, my partner in business and in life, Charline. There's also all our staff members, including some who we've known for years. Every day, through their professionalism and dedication, they make the entire team grow, and as a result contribute to continuously improve the quality of our service. I'd also like to include here all our suppliers, all these people who work hard with their hands, but also with their heart and soul to produce the best ingredients for our kitchen.
All of us aim to be the best at what we do. All of us share this love for job well-done."
