From The Chef Himself

I fell in love with cooking very early, and this love never left. Today like yesterday, it’s my oxygen. And all the love and dedication I give to this job, this passion, this art, it’s not lost. I feel it somehow comes back to me even stronger. Every day, every hour and every minute, it makes me feel in harmony with my environment. I will never be thankfull enough to have the privilege of sharing this joy with you, our customers.

But it’s also essential for me to speak of the people I work with, and firstly about someone without whom this beautiful project at La Meynardie would have never been possible. This wonderful person is our Maître d’Hôtel, my partner in business and in life, Charline. There’s also all our staff members, including some who we’ve known for years. Every day, through their professionalism and dedication, they make the entire team grow, and as a result contribute to continuously improve the quality of our service. I’d also like to include here all our suppliers, all these people who work hard with their hands, but also with their heart and soul to produce the best ingredients for our kitchen.

All of us aim to be the best at what we do. All of us share this love for a well-done job .”
